Enrollees passing the program will be certified by the American Heart Association for Basic Life Support.
The State Board of Dental Examiners regulations REQUIRE that each licentiate complete a course in basic life support
(CPR) at least once every two years. This requirement cannot be met through a video tape -- the American Heart
Association requires that you be re-certified through a course that shows proficiency in the psychomotor skills of CPR.
